Water or high-temperature thermal oil, as a circulating carrier, has its own characteristics and application advantages. The hot oil is heated or cooled, and the pump continues to deliver the heat transfer oil to the pipe inlet of the temperature controlled application device. Therefore, there is not much difference between the operating process and the principle.

The heat transfer medium of a water heater is water. As for heat transfer oil, water has the characteristics of high specific heat transfer and rapid heat transfer. Therefore, under the same application conditions, the heat transfer efficiency of the device will be better. In addition, the water temperature machine has advantages such as easy to pull, no pollution, low price, and simple operation and maintenance. Its disadvantage is that the temperature control range is narrow, with a control temperature of 180 degrees, and the oil temperature machine can reach 350 degrees. Another reason is that due to pressure heating, the device has certain pressure requirements for the pipeline system.
The heat transfer medium of the oil temperature machine is high-temperature heat transfer oil. Heat transfer oil has the characteristics of good thermal stability and wide temperature control range. Due to the atmospheric heating method, the pressure level of the pipeline and temperature control device of the device is greatly reduced. Of course, oil temperature machines also have their drawbacks, such as higher prices, slower heat transfer speed, and higher maintenance costs compared to water temperature machines. Especially in some non-standard thermal oil pipelines, the operation method is prone to coking and carbon removal. Location, replacement, and cleaning can all be troublesome, and changing heat oil often incurs a lot of costs.
